Look closely at the southeast corner of Wisconsin in Racine County at the town of Burlington. It is known as Chocolate City, USA because of the Nestle chocolate factory built there in 1966. Every Memorial Day weekend, Burlington hosts a big celebration called “Chocolate Fest” in honor of the area’s employer.
